Howard Ipsan
Hey everyone, my name Howard Michael Ipsan. Most people call me Michael. I am 18 and just finished my first year of college at Northern Virginia Community College, studying liberal arts. Going to community college has given me the opportunity to work often during the school year with Horizon Building Corporation. I have lived in Northern Virginia for my entire life. I have three siblings, 2 sisters and my little bro.
I was homeschooled through high school, and that has given me the opportunity to do things I couldn’t do otherwise, such as taking 6 weeks off to tour Italy, and ski in the Rockies. Traveling is one of the biggest drives and dreams I have for the future. I feel as though the more I see and the more I experience, the more I take in what God has given humanity to enjoy. I also enjoy playing basketball, I play as often as possible. I coach a homsechool middle school basketball team. GO KINGS!! I have competed on national levels of speech and have done my fair share of theatrical plays. I love TRUE Rock and Roll. I like to be challenged and am very competitive. Some people say I am somewhat sarcastic… o.0, but I feel as though it makes conversations somewhat more fun and interesting.
My future plans involve FINISHING school , perhaps taking a cross country trip to see this amazing country, and perhaps going back to Europe someday. But all in good time. I don’t like to get too ahead of myself, which I do often. However, life is full of opportunities waiting for everyone; all I need is inspiration, determination, and God’s amazing grace, and I can achieve whatever I/He want(s)..

I was homeschooled as well, but we didn’t have such interesting adventures. Our adventures included things more like exploring in the woods, building forts, and hunting for crayfish. 🙂
i can’t wait to meet you soon!
Howard, I’m very glad that you’re on this team. It’s neat to hear about your love of travel and your interests/talents in speech and theater–that will probably come in handy in India! I’m praying that God is preparing you for this trip in this time leading up to your arrival in Georgia!
