Very Important Visa Information
for US Team Members!!

Time to get your India Visa. Please follow the instructions very carefully.

It is very important that you follow the directions very carefully. If you should make a mistake your application will be returned to you and you will have to repay the application fee again so Please read the directions very carefully, check and recheck your application and other paperwork that you are required to send. Also it is very important that you indicate that you are a tourist and to not put anything associated with missions or religion. If you do, it is very likely that your visa will be denied.

Please read through the following: you need to put these responses to the following questions on the application.

Profession: Please enter that you are a Student.

Type: Please enter that you are applying for a Tourist Visa.

Places You Plan to Visit: Please enter that you will be visiting Delhi.

Period of Visa: Please enter that you are applying for a 6 months' Multiple Entry

Object of Journey: Please enter "tourist" as your "Object of Journey"

Are You Traveling on Behalf of a Company?: Please enter No.

Expected date of departure from USA: Sept. 13, 2009

Expected date of arrival in India: Sept. 14, 2009

Port of Arrival in India: Delhi

Reference in India: Victor Prafula, Sector 8, New Delhi. Do not mention anything about the orphanage!!

You will need to mail the following items all together in one envelope:

1. Your completed India Visa Application. Make sure to sign it and pay the required fees.

2. Your Passport- it must be your actual passport, not a copy ! Must have at least 6 months validity from the date of application and two blank visa pages.

3. 2 Passport size photos.

4. A photocopy of your driver's license or a utility bill as proof of address.

MAKE SURE THE ADDRESS ON YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE MATCHES THE PERMANENT ADDRESS YOU PUT ON YOUR APPLICATION.
